The Collector's Bounty buff is currently active in World of Warcraft until July 29 at 8AM pacific time that boosts the drop rates of rare mounts and transmogs from all raids and dungeons in legacy WoW content, aka, everything before Dragonflight. Mount drop rates have been increased by up to 10 times, and in one specific (yet unknown) case, 25 times, and the transmog drop rates have been doubled.

If you're like me and run old World of Warcraft instances on repeat in order to collect things like unique mounts, legendary weapons, and every single transmog piece ever, then the upcoming Greedy Emissary event has a bonus feature that you'll want to take advantage of.
