What is the most bizarre Anima Power in Torghast you’ve seen (or heard about)?
Torghast is all about picking up new powers from Anima Cells and using those powers to increasing effect.
Raid buff scrolls are going away and buffs are being nerfed in Shadowlands
I'm rare in that I've never liked having consumables give the effect of class buffs.
