Breakfast Topic: Are you avoiding Legion spoilers?
The Legion alpha is officially out, which means that spoilers are also abundant as well. I can’t avoid spoilers, not with the job that I do — which is kind of fun, but also means that I don’t really get surprised very often by things in the game anymore. Because of this, the novels and short stories are really the only place I can find surprise information anymore. But I don’t mind too much, mostly because it’s kind of fun to see where the story might potentially go.
You’ll note I said “potentially” — that’s because nothing being revealed is really “real” until it’s released on live servers, and as we’ve seen time and time again, there are always story elements that get cut and changed as time –and testing — goes on. Just because something is listed as a spoiler right now, it doesn’t necessarily mean we’re going to see it when Legion launches. So I try not to get too invested in what I see, at least not until we’re much, much closer to launch.
What about you guys? Are you avoiding Legion spoilers, or are you actively looking for them? Do you like hearing about all the new info the second someone finds something out? Would you rather know what to expect before the game comes out? Or would you rather wait and experience everything once the game is available to play? And please, no spoilers in the comments section, guys.
