Is it okay to punch a corgi if he asks you to do it? What if you know it’s just an illusion, and that’s definitely not really a corgi politely requesting that you smack it silly? Would you be all right with attacking it even as it’s staring at you with those big soulful eyes and helpfully wagging its little tail as it encourages you? I spent a good ten minutes deliberating these very questions on my latest Alliance alt.
Then the goggles wore off and I punched Flynn right in the kisser. No regrets.
What’s the laziest thing you’ve done in WoW?

Due to recent events, nobody in my family really felt like doing anything really traditional for Thanksgiving, so my sister suggested she could bring over her “D&D stuff” and run a little one-shot for everyone. Promptly after her arrival it looked like Wizards of the Coast threw up on the dining room table and we spent a good eight hours playing a game that ended up definitely being neither little nor a one-shot. Hai Flutin the Tiefling Bard (Yes, I did that) will make her return at some point in the future, along with everyone else in the party, and nobody’s really upset about that at all.
But hey, we have questions to answer, so for now let’s get to that, shall we?

You know, over the years I’ve quietly wondered if my memory regarding leveling my first character in WoW was a little misguided. I remembered it was painful and I really hated the lower levels — but the farther I got from those early days, the more I wondered if maybe that was just perception. I mean, I didn’t have the knowledge then that I do now, as far as gameplay goes. So when the Classic demo rolled around, I made another Druid, just to refresh those old memories.
It turns out I was not wrong, it is definitely horrible, and I’m pretty much the worst bear in Westfall. But I’m okay with that, because the wave of nostalgia upon seeing the old stomping grounds again was pretty great. And now, let’s get to your questions, shall we?
