Mark your calendars, World of Warcraft players -- whether you've just joined the fun or you've been along for the ride since the beginning, the next chapter of Azeroth's story, Midnight, will have its Early Access go live at 3pm pacific (6pm eastern) on February 26.

To celebrate the release of Midnight, there's a pair of new Twitch Drops to earn in World of Warcraft: the Cuddly Alliance Blue Grrgle and Cuddly Horde Red Grrgle!

The World of Warcraft clock is about to strike Midnight, and the heroes of Azeroth are being summoned to defend their world against the encroaching darkness -- better mount up on an appropriately yellow and glowing steed before riding into battle.

Here we are again, on the doorstep of another World of Warcraft expansion -- what do you have planned for the first time you log in to Midnight to answer Lady Liadrin's call and defend the Sunwell from swirling purple monsters from beyond?

This March is the last World of Warcraft Trading Post for The War Within expansion and naturally to help you gear up for the return to Silvermoon City when Midnight launches on March 2, 2026, the Trading Post is rolling out a variety of Elf themed items.

In the weeks leading up to the launch of World of Warcraft's newest expansion, Midnight, we've gotten a peek into the trials and tribulations of some of the important characters we know play a role in the expansion -- first Xal'atath, the instigator of the whole expansion, then Lady Liadrin, the very first character we see in Midnight's cinematic.

It looks like we'll be able to complete a simple, repeatable neighborly quest in Midnight to earn some powerful rewards each week.

It's a lightning fast World of Warcraft maintenance this morning, or at least we hope it is.

We know that the heroes of Azeroth won't be using the magical floating city of Dalaran as a base of operations for our return to Northrend (as it is currently scattered across the coast of the Isle of Dorn), so just where are we going to call home during The Last Titan?

Last week, we got to take a look at the origins (maybe) of Midnight's baddie supreme, Xal'atath, in "Supremacy." This week, we got a look at the past of another important figure in World of Warcraft, and one who's on our side this time: Lady Liadrin, the iconic Blood Elf Paladin, in "All That Is Sacred." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CoJgQA4Uhks We also get to see someone new in this animation: High Priest Vandellor, Liadrin's adoptive father who took her in after her parents were slain by Amani trolls, and who first inspired her faith and awe for the light -- in fact, she would eventually follow in his path as High Priestess Liadrin (which you get to see if you're a Blood Elf pursuing your heritage armor, or during the Lorewalking chapter on Elves).
