Midnight

We've been looking forward to the beta test for World of Warcraft: Midnight, to get a better look at the game (and what some of its features look like with more players).

We've seen many changes to the Skyriding system since it was first released in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight, under its original name of Dragonriding.

We've known for a long time that Midnight is going to involve fighting back the tide of darkness falling across Azeroth, so when our characters answer the call and step out of the Sunwell we want to be dressed head-to-toe in the finest Light-based transmog -- and that includes weapon slots.

Blizzard told us when the trilogy of expansions comprising The War Within, Midnight, and The Last Titan, that they would be over time replacing and blocking third party addons that perform computational actions as combat helpers.

Player Housing is a long-desired feature in World of Warcraft, and there was certainly some unhappiness when the Blizzard team announced that the feature required would require you to own Midnight to try it out.

When Midnight launches, players will be able to participate in a lineup of brand new World Activities -- but which ones will be at the top of you weekly to-do list for the entire expansion, and which will you completely ignore each weekly reset?

We recently had the opportunity for a large influx of people to test the coming World of Warcraft Player Housing implementation on the PTR.

Ever since the announcement of the Worldsoul Saga at BlizzCon 2023, we have known that a major part of the upcoming Midnight expansion will be revisiting the old world.

Last week's Player Housing debut on the PTR gave us our first glimpse of an enormous amount of decor items, including the ones awarded from all-encompassing uber-achievements that span entire expansions.
