The latest patch to the Overwatch PTR servers makes a change that will affect most heroes in the game, especially the D.Va and general Tank players.

The other day, we reported that Game Designer Geoff Goodman had teased at some buffs for Mei and Reaper coming as early as this week to the Overwatch PTR.
