Midnight Season 1

World of Warcraft's Midnight expansion kicked off off the second part of the Worldsoul Saga as baddie (in every sense of the word) Xal'atath invades Azeroth with an army of void creatures at her beck and call.

The first season of World of Warcraft: Midnight  is less than a week away, and with it the return of The Race to World First.

Mark your calendars, World of Warcraft players -- whether you've just joined the fun or you've been along for the ride since the beginning, the next chapter of Azeroth's story, Midnight, will have its Early Access go live at 3pm pacific (6pm eastern) on February 26.

After a few weeks of post-Gamescom waiting, Blizzard suddenly released a positive deluge of information on all of its World of Warcraft: Midnight announcements.
