Is this the new Warcraft movie logo? We think so!

Floating around the internet today is an image from the San Diego Comic Con press kit that represents a new logo for the Warcraft movie. This one makes the logo even more in line with the Warcraft franchise’s general art direction and adds a little savage orange to the bottom. Is this new logo legit? While we don’t have access to the SDCC press kit, we’ve seen numerous high profile Blizzard people re-tweet the design and it’s been posted on Legendary’s press site (thanks, warregory for tracking down this link!).

As BlizzPlanet points out, this is the third movie logo that’s come out. It makes sense, too — there’s usually iteration on these designs over the production lifespan of a movie. This is probably pretty close to the final design at this point, although there will be a lot of posters and whatnot as we get closer.
