The Queue: Any Questions?

I’m Cory S. Pumpkins, and I’m here to scare the hell out of you  answer your questions!

Just as soon as I figure out what the S. stands for.

While I do that, it’s time for — The Queue.

Here is a partial list of things that could be hidden in your candy:

• Choco-gems, a premium candy currency that can only be bought for dollars but is necessary to unlock your full trick-or-treating experience
• The critically acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV which has a free trial, and includes the entirety of A Realm Reborn AND the award-winning Heavensward expansion up to level 60 with no restrictions on playtime.
• A 13-piece band that only knows how to play sea shanties
• a slightly lackluster reprise of a popular Saturday Night Live sketch that makes all of the same jokes as the first version

Have they finally come up with a secret too tough for the eggheads and super sleuths of the Secret Finding Discord?! Man, I hope so.

Not that I have anything against the fine folks of the Secret Finding Discord, I just love knowing that there’s something out there that could turn into a white whale-type thing. I want pages and pages of shared documents tied together with bits of red yarn over what those Mysterious Fruits do!

They’re just a little too obviously something to look at I feel like. Especially since they can do different colors. There’s just got to be something there!

Alternatively, someone could be playing the long game over in the secret incubator, and sprinkling parts of a 10.3 secret all throughout Warcraft to try and throw seekers off of the scent.

I don’t think the Bufonids are part of a secret though, I think they’re just frogs.

Oh easily. Looking good = better DPS — it is known.

I mean other than the fact that I’m usually looking at a bear when I’m raiding. Unless it took me back to the basic bear model and I wasn’t a Werebear anymore! That would be jarring for sure. I know that when I play Feral if I’m not cat-shaped something breaks in my brain and I can’t play it as well.

It would be pretty funny though. The only thing funnier would be a boss that randomizes your transmog from all of your collected looks, that could make for some amazing clown suits.

As long as we don’t have to pay to re-do our transmog afterward.

Ever since we got into Sepulcher of the First Ones and pretty much wrapped up our Shadowlands story I’ve thought it was super weird that we haven’t seen Nathanos at all. I kept assuming that the Jailer was holding on to him to torment Sylvanas a little. Especially since she doesn’t know what happened to him other than he’s dead.

If he’s not going to be a full boss he easily could’ve been dropped in as a miniboss in Sepulcher. There’s one that stands right in front of the Jailer, just name that Nathanos and give it the abilities he had during the prepatch when he was a world boss. As long as we could get a line or two of dialogue from Sylvanas about seeing him as we arrive to confront the Jailer it would’ve been an easy layup to wrap up that dangling thread.

If that was the case I wouldn’t have been surprised to see him as he was on Azeroth, just covered in a bunch of extra Mawforged armor. The Jailer isn’t exactly subtle with how he dresses his minions.

Of course, I say this all as a layman who has no idea how tough that would be, or if there was even any time to get Patty to record an extra couple of lines like that. Who knows how many other bits of dialogue might’ve been left on the page because they ran out of time and they were low priority.

I think I’m giving it to Superman this time. Geralt has been fun, and I really enjoy the Witcher. I just know that with James Gunn taking more control over DC there could finally be some cohesive work in their films to really give Henry something to sink his teeth into as Superman. I am really going to miss him as Geralt though.

This isn’t a knock against Liam either, I’m sure he’ll be fine — but he won’t be Henry.
