Blizzard Watch Weekly: Accelerating away from BlizzCon (still)

Last week was a relatively quiet week, as we continue to shake off the excitement of BlizzCon, and this week may be a quiet one too — though we’re certain to hear about the October WoW Trading Post and perhaps a get a confirmed release date for WoW patch 12.1.5. But with BlizzCon in the rear view mirror, we aren’t expecting any major surprises (just yet). So to help you stay on top of the latest, here’s what’s been happening in the world of Blizzard games, and what’s coming up.

What happened last week?

Somehow BlizzCon was two weeks ago, but it was so packed with information that we rounded up every video from the convention for those of you who don’t want to miss a minute.
Brewfest is back in World of Warcraft and in Midnight you can now pick up decor rewards — and earn some extra tickets by helping out with the bar tabs around Azeroth.
We aren’t even at World of Warcraft patch 12.1.5 (which is probably coming soon), but we’re already thinking about what we want most in patch 12.2 (which is not coming soon).
We’re still just a little bit obsessed with World of Warcraft: Forever, including its reworked professions. Here’s what we know about the new enchants that will be in WoW: Forever.
This week’s Hearthstone Tavern Brawl is A Peak to the Past, challenging you to make a deck with from only the Basic and Classic sets, with no epics or legendaries. It makes for a pretty limited card pool, but fortunately we have some deck suggestions for you.

Other things we’re playing, watching, and more

In the latest episode of our actual play of The Séance of Blake Manor we have a suspicious priest, a surprising seer, and a ghost who didn’t even hang around long enough to answer our questions.
