Yesterday seems to have been a rather quiet day (or perhaps a rather busy day) for the Queue, with a somewhat limited number of questions for perusal, but I’m working with it.

Let’s get questioning (or commenting), Queue.

Team Liquid claimed another world first by taking down Ovi'nax after 120 pulls — and as of this writing, the rest of the Nerub-ar Palace Race to World First is still progressing on this worm.

Raiding in Nerub-ar Palace is in full swing at all levels of play in The War Within, from the Race to World First to LFR, but one difficulty is new: Story Mode, which allows anyone to enter a solo version of the Queen Ansurek fight with a party of NPC allies and see an abbreviated version of the encounter.

In case Sony didn't actually dispatch cyborg ninjas to inform you personally, we'd like to mention that the new PlayStation 5 Pro is going to be available as of September 26 -- well, at least you'll be able to pre-order them online via direct.playstation.com.

I’ve basically been singing I love Diablo 4 to the tune of Joan Jett and the Blackheart’s I love Rock and Roll. I do this while playing, you guessed it, Diablo 4. I have played a lot of ARPG’s over the years — Wolcen, Last Epoch, Grim Dawn, Darksiders Genesis — and while I think Darksiders may be one of the best ARPG’s ever created, I still seem to be absolutely in love with Diablo 4.

Anyway, yeah, been playing a lot of D4 this week.

About twenty guilds have hit 4/8 Mythic in Nerub-ar Palace, but no one has killed Broodtwister Ovi'nax, the first boss these raid groups haven't steamrolled over.

With the second week of The War Within Season 1 upon us, it's time to once again don our fashion critic helms and evaluate the looks of the Nerub-ar Palace tier sets.

It's no secret that sometimes when trying to convince people to give a tabletop RPG other than Dungeons & Dragons a try, one of the protests that often crops up is, "it's too hard to learn new games!" To those of us already acquainted with other games, this seems ridiculous, but it's worth examining: after all, if you've only learned the rules to one game, and that game is wildly complex from the get-go, what evidence do you have that every game isn't like that?

I like the Starseeker sisters, Aranna the Demon Hunter and Elise the Druid, a lot. We’ve already gotten several cameos by the elder sister in WoW — she’s even in the Delves area in Dornogal right now, as part of the Explorer’s League — but we’ve yet to see Aranna, the younger sister (who really resents Elise’s fame and success) make her WoW debut.

Given how many Hearthstone references WoW is getting lately — Babbling Book! Corridor Creeper! and more — I really hope Aranna shows up eventually to stir up some drama with the Explorer’s League, and Elise in particular.
