It finally happened.

Fantastic news for cat lovers everywhere, cat battle pets now curl up in your lap.

Heroes of the Storm launches today, and as with any Blizzard game launch, there's some cross-promotion items to be claimed for players that want to give the new title a try.

We've had quite a few giveaways recently, and unfortunately, due to legal limitations outside the US and most of Canada, we're unable to give away physical prizes outside of those areas.

I've been getting into Pet Battles more because of Anna's brilliant to-the-point guides, and while I know there are better pets out there to use, I'm partial to expanding my army of demonic giraffes minions. Thankfully, most of these are drops I can farm rather than tameables out in the world, so it almost doesn't require pet battling skill at all.

This point is usually the time when I take a minute to sit back and fill all the gaps in my battle pet collection. While there are many Draenor battle pets that are rather obvious grabs while you're out exploring, there are some that aren't quite as easy to stumble across. Here are a few pets you may have missed.

I was really excited that this year's holiday added a new Noblegarden pet to the lineup, the Mystical Spring Bouquet. Any time a new pet is added to a holiday, it's pretty much a given that I will grab at least one of them before the holiday is out.

Now that we have those Ultimate Battle-Training Stones, let's talk about how to level the rest of your battle pets.

This winter is quickly coming to a close in North America, so your time to tame yourself a Snowy Owl is running out! This battle pet, caught in Winterspring, stops spawning on March 21st.
