Patch 11.1.7

The Collector's Bounty buff is currently active in World of Warcraft until July 29 at 8AM pacific time that boosts the drop rates of rare mounts and transmogs from all raids and dungeons in legacy WoW content, aka, everything before Dragonflight. Mount drop rates have been increased by up to 10 times, and in one specific (yet unknown) case, 25 times, and the transmog drop rates have been doubled.

This year's Greedy Emissary crossover features hourly Treasure Goblins being pummeled into submission in order to acquire their loot -- "hellish" recolors of WoW's beloved Tier 2 armor sets.
