Diablo 4 patch 2.5.0 is coming, and with it comes a slew of changes (for both Seasonal and Eternal servers) that frankly, read as pretty frustrating to the casual player initially.

Patch 11.2 of The War Within started the week of August 5 and with a new season there’s a new World Boss: Reshanor the Untethered.

Season 2 of The War Within starts the week of March 4 and with a new season there's a new World Boss: the Gobfather.

The new world boss in The War Within patch 11.1 is the Gobfather.

The War Within Season 1 continues and we’ve another full circuit of all the World Bosses with the return this week of Shurrai Atrocity of the Undersea in Hallowfall.

The War Within Season 1 continues and this week sees the return of the Aggregation of Horrors in the Ringing Deeps.

The War Within Season 1 continues alongside the 20th Anniversary and the World Boss we get to kill this week is Kordac the Dormant Protector in the Isle of Dorn.

The War Within Season 1 continues and we’ve made another full circuit of all the World Bosses with the return this week of Orta the Broken Mountain in Azj-Kahet.

Along with the opening of Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope in Season 3 of Dragonflight, a new World Boss named Aurostor the Hibernator will spawn in the Emerald Dream each week.

World bosses are a new addition to the franchise in Diablo 4, designed to be “truly gigantic, horrific monsters” so large that the in-game camera zooms out so you can see the whole battlefield.
