What class do you most want to see in Diablo 4?

We know that we’re getting Barbarians, Druids, and Sorceresses in Diablo 4, all of which hearken back to Diablo 2, with both the Barbarian and Sorceress also having that Diablo 3. But with five classes apparently scheduled for the latest installment in the grandaddy of all Action-RPG franchises, I have to ask: What two classes would you most like to see join their ranks? What classes would you most love to get in Diablo 4?

For me, there are too many options, and I have no idea which ones we’ll get. I kind of hope Blizzard decides to add two more on top of that, because only two more? When classes like the Crusader, Necromancer, Assassin, Paladin, Monk, and Demon Hunter all demand their time in the spotlight? I’d be sad to not get any of those, but in the end, we know that there are only two slots available and I kind of hope there’s a touch of consolidation that means we get to feel like we get more than we actually do.

I feel like a class that combines the Paladin and Crusader into some kind of Zakarum faithful Zealot would be really cool, for example, while the Monk and the Assassin have enough thematic and ability overlap that you could combine them into one class, perhaps even bringing the Thief from Diablo or an entirely new option. Perhaps a Bard class that combines roguish guile, monkish skill and assassin tricks into one class? We can dream.

But enough from me — what do you most want to see? Are you desperate for the Demon Hunter to make a return? Is the Necromancer your favorite class? Or are you sad that nobody but you seems to like the Witch Doctor? (Trust me, it’s never just you, Witch Doctor fans.) What classes do you most want back in Diablo 4?
