While Summer Game Fest isn't over yet, most of their shows have aired over the past several days and I gotta tell you: I've added a whole slew of games to my wish list.

The Dragonflight incarnation of the Revival Catalyst is one of the more popular features recently added to World of Warcraft, allowing players to convert armor into tier gear for both set bonus and transmog reasons. Patch 10.1 keeps the Catalyst going while also removing the clunky charge acquisition mechanic, turning it into a passive charge gain system like the Creation Catalyst in Shadowlands.

My biggest criticism of Diablo 4 so far: the audio for the Rogue skill Shadow Step is the same as loot dropping. Every time I use it I instinctively look to see if I got a Legendary when all I did was move between targets. Not only that, the overhead icon is the same for an evading enemy — did I tag them or are they just resetting? You’d think having gotten through the campaign twice I’d be used to this, but no. Reusing assets is bad, mmkay!

Anyway while I consider switching to Dash to avoid the issue let’s answer some questions!

Diablo 4 has been out for over a week now -- longer if you pre-purchased the Deluxe or Ultimate Editions -- so there's been plenty of time to explore Sanctuary.

Dying is easy in Diablo 4 -- all it takes is a turn down the wrong path in Sanctuary or a bad pull in a dungeon and the next thing you know your headstone is displayed on the screen.

Summer Game Fest is this week, and with E3 dead it's close to the biggest event remaining in video games.

Renown is a new feature in Diablo 4 that is designed to reward your characters for taking the time to explore each of the game's five regions.

Diablo 4 is now live and many people are gleefully exploring Sanctuary (or watching others explore it if they haven't yet found the time to login).

After completing the Campaign and Epilogue in Diablo 4 you'll be directed to several quests in order to open up endgame activities even if you've yet to reach level 50.

In Diablo 4  each class gets a unique class mechanic unlocked via questing.
