Sometimes I regret doing the Friday Queue… mostly when I’m staying up to watch Critical Role live and it usually lasts until 1am and then I still have to write the Queue. That means I’m either trying to write during the show, in which case I’m distracted, or I’m trying to write after the show, in which case I’m tired.

Geez, this is just bad planning on my part.

So let’s do this. Let’s Queue.

Strangely, this is one Friday where I don’t just feel tired. I got my Covid booster earlier so instead I feel just kind of off-kilter and unpleasant, but not exactly tired.

Is that better? Is it worse? I have no idea! So let’s get this Queue on the road so I can stop trying to be coherent!

How does this keep happening? It’s Friday, then it’s Friday, then it’s Friday again! These weeks just won’t quit.

I really tried to get the Queue written before 3am, but as usual, it didn’t work out. This is probably why every time I write the Queue I just feel tired. It’s a pavlovian response.

Also it’s past 3am (for me), so I’d better get to answering these questions.

I admit, I don’t trust the light with everything. (It didn’t do Tirion much good in the end, after all.) But it is pleasantly glowy, and sometimes that’s all you need.

And, apparently, somehow, it is also Friday right here. Whoa. So let’s break out the beach umbrella and get to enjoying the soon-to-be weekend.

Also, let’s Queue.

It’s the weekend, which means it’s time to hike up to the top of Icecrown Citadel to listen to Arthas monologuing in order to not get a mount or any transmog. Frankly, it’s a pretty distressing way to spend a weekend, unsuccessfully hunting transmog, but the only way to guarantee I don’t get any new looks is not to try.

So let’s do some questions and then it’s off for some fruitless weekly transmog runs. Let’s Queue.

Somehow every time the Queue comes around, I am exhausted and need at least ten naps. Today is no different, so let’s get this show on the road so I can get to work on nap #1.

While he doesn’t cut a particularly dashing figure, it’s clear that the great investigator Murloc Holmes is the hero we need right now. You think I’m joking, but I’m not. Murloc Holmes ought to be wandering around Revendreth, questioning Dredgers in mrgls and grmrgls, following footprints, and interrogating suspicious passers-by (namely us). I want to see him sit down for tea with Theotar and I want to talk him into coming to the Ember Court. I have never wanted anything to be added to WoW so badly.

Come on, Blizzard, this would be great and you know it.
