The worst part is that nothing is surprising as Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick comes under fire for his handling of sexual harassment and discrimination crisis
Earlier this year, Activision Blizzard was sued by California's Department of Fair Employment and Housing over allegations of workplace discrimination and a culture of sexual harassment and unfair compensation for women.
How should World of Warcraft respect our time?
I hear the phrase "The game respects your time" more and more lately, and it's something I think about a lot.
Meet the Enlightened, a new kind of Broker that we’ll meet in patch 9.2
In patch 9.2, we'll be going to Zereth Mortis, because we want to stop Zovaal the Jailer from remaking the entire cosmos into a place he rules and everyone is his slave, kind of like what he's done to Anduin on a metaphysical scale.
The Queue: I need to make a machine gun for my D&D game
Yeah, we’re going to be doing the last session for my Riatan campaign next week, so I’m working on things like the stats for the machine gun that Mischief our Rogue picked up. Just as an aside, yes, it’s the Revenant from Mass Effect 2, and yes, it really does 4d20 damage per attack.
Anyway, it’s Friday, I’m covering the Queue, let’s get our Queue on shall we?

How do you deal with waiting for an anticipated game?
Both Overwatch 2 and Diablo 4 are likely going to be out sometime in 2023.

Running Battle for Azeroth content for transmog and other, lesser reasons in patch 9.1.5
In World of Warcraft patch 9.1.5 Battle for Azeroth raid instances were all placed on Legacy Loot, which means that when they are killed -- rather than using the personal loot system and thus potentially dropping nothing at all -- these raids will now drop an assortment of gear when killed, not limited to or restricted to pieces that your character would usually have on their loot table.
What’s the best way to handle progressive storytelling in an MMO?
When Cataclysm changed the 1 to 60 Azeroth experience in several zones, it was the first time World of Warcraft experimented with progressive story changes in the mmo world as a means to use the persistence of MMO settings as a storytelling tool.
Who is Travis Willingham playing in Critical Role Campaign 3?
If you care about spoilers, don't read this post if you haven't watched Critical Role Campaign 3 yet, particularly episode 3, because we're going to be talking about Travis Willingham, his somewhat trollish character Sir Bertrand Bell, and what will happen in the campaign from here.
