Last week, World of Warcraft Classic brought a new challenge to players with the launch of official Hardcore realms.

Blizzard has released the official Hardcore ruleset detailing what players can expect from the Hardcore experience in World of Warcraft Classic when it goes live on August 24 at 3PM PDT.

When Blizzard first announced the development of a Hardcore realm for World of Warcraft Classic, they teased two hallmark features that would be included in their Hardcore mode: permanent character death and the Duels to the Death system.
