The Queue: Oh what a day, what a lovely day!
by Cory Taylor on June 30, 2025 at 1:00pm @CoryjTaylor
It’s both Canada Day and Independence Day this week!
A good portion of North America is about to go to a big party and play in the sun while maybe blowing up a small portion of their country. All I’m most reminded of right now is that I don’t really have a Canada Day outfit that’s all red and white, so I guess my red shorts will have to do. If it wasn’t going to be super hot, I could wear my hockey jersey, which is about as Canadian as anything. It would’ve been more Canadian if the Oilers had won, but alas.
While I go and try and put a good outfit together, it’s time for — The Queue!

Turtles are friends. We all like turtles. Even scary zombies like turtles.
The solution to that Dinos vs. Tortollans battle is easy. Turtles win!
This is The Queue, where the philosophy behind reptilian warfare — and more! — is in vogue and consequential. You ask, we deliver.

The Queue: I don’t think I can convey my disappointment
by Matthew Rossi on June 26, 2025 at 1:00pm @MatthewWRossi
Yesterday, while I’ve been busy being too ill to move, y’all had a discussion of the new Hearthstone pet, an adorable baby devilsaur that out-chibi’s Chibi Godzilla. You know, the one where you have to play a gatcha game and spend up to $158 dollars to get him? Y’all remember, it was yesterday’s Queue.
It’s a good thing the CMS has me afraid to write long responses to things here, because otherwise I’d literally be ranting for 20,000 words about how much I dislike this.
