Renown

In patch 11.1, we got our first look at Blizzard's new plan for progressively rewarding continued raiding as well as making raids easier over time in the form of our first raid Renown track -- the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club.

WoW patch 11.1.5 brings with it the Nightfall event, among other things, but unlike the others, this one includes a new 10-level Renown track for players to progress -- just in case you were getting tired of making friends with the goblins of Undermine and all the other factions of The War Within. Like all the others, the Flame's Radiance Renown includes mostly new cosmetic rewards for you to earn, some of them very cool (and even useful), as well as the usual plethora of Valorstones, Weathered Undermine Crests, and even a buff that makes playing outdoor content in Khaz Algar easier.

The War Within brought WoW players back to Undermine in patch 11.1, appropriately called Undermine(d).

Raid skips which let you bypass earlier bosses to fight (and farm) the later bosses have been a regular feature since Warlords of Draenor and in some cases have even been added retroactively such as in the Siege of Orgrimmar raid.

The Liberation of Undermine raid arriving with The War Within patch 11.1 is testing out a brand new feature: Raid Renown.

Rumors are mini-quests in World of Warcraft: The War Within exclusive to the Azj-Kahet zone.

Fashion is the true World of Warcraft endgame and in The War Within there are plenty of vendors throughout Khaz Algar who will sell you different cosmetic items to expand your wardrobe and transmog collections.

Each of the Renown quartermasters in The War Within offers you a variety of useful items at all Renown levels but at certain ranks, each faction will sell you high-level gear for different armor slots as well as other useful recipes and craftables to help you as you level up.

Spreading the Light is an open world event that becomes available in Hallowfall after completing the World of Warcraft: The War Within main story campaign.

There are six main Renown factions in The War Within that players can earn reputation with.
