With the announcement of Zarhym’s departure from World of Warcraft and Blizzard all together, I’ve been thinking about what makes a good community manager.

Longtime World of Warcraft community manager Zarhym, also known as Jonathan Brown, has left Blizzard according to a message he's left on Twitter.

Of all 11 classes in WoW, death knights have had the most dramatic evolution. From their beginnings as a supremely flexible "hero class" --with three hybrid trees -- to their current incarnation, DKs have ridden their pale horses a very long way.
