There are certain game genres that I’m not really a fan of, but I somehow keep stumbling into. I don’t really like fishing in games, and yet, somehow they keep finding me. Sometimes it’s part of a larger game, like WoW, but I have at least a half dozen random games on Steam that center around fishing. Dredge, Dave the Diver,  even Ultimate Fishing Simulator and I just don’t know how or why this keeps happening.

World of Warcraft patch 12.1 has brought the standard set of exciting new content for players, but one thing no one had on their bingo card was in-game access to Discord chat.

Maintenance day for World of Warcraft is a little shorter this week, but not by much.

We're a week into the second season of Midnight, and that means that we're staring down the barrel of another Mythic raiding Race to World First!

We went and saw The Pretty Reckless last week, and it was amazing! They put on one heck of a great rock show. Taylor Momsen has an amazing rock and roll voice, and the band backs her up so well. Their new album slotted in beautifully with their older songs like it belonged there all along. I’m glad that we took the extra trip to go see them headlining their own show, rather than the opener for AC/DC a couple of days earlier. If you get the chance to see them on their tour, you should take it. You won’t have a face anymore after it was rocked off, but that’s ok — you’ll have given it up for a good cause.

The rest of the trip was fun, rainy, but fun! We had ice cream in the mountains, soaked in some hot springs, and walked along a beach. The beach also had ice cream, if you can believe it.
