Usually, when talking about classes in video games, it's a reference to character classes, which are the jobs or roles a specific character can perform.

With the announcement that we're getting a Greedfall 2, it's a great time to remind you what a stellar game Greedfall is -- especially given its inspiration stemming from some of our favorite games.

Orcinus Orca, the predatory toothed whale that is the largest member of the Delphinidae, or Dolphins, is one of the world’s best hunters. While not the largest predatory whale — the Sperm Whale or Physeter macrocephalus has that title — it’s fair to say that the title of Killer Whale is one that Orcinus Orca has earned. They are an intelligent pack hunter who range throughout the world’s oceans. You can find Orca in the Arctic, Antarctic, and the tropics, and in the waters between these extremes.

Patch 9.2.5 next week, and we're getting Cross-Faction Grouping, a feature I've wanted for years and years.

The World of Warcraft Shadowlands patch 9.2.5 release candidate from a few days ago is apparently the release candidate, because Blizzard has posted to their official site that we're getting patch 9.2.5 next week, on May 31.

My wife has been playing this mobile game, and last night, she texted me a series of pictures of the art and characters from this game. To put it mildly, they are reminiscent of other games. Like, that header image? I had to crop it to fit, so you’re not really getting the full picture. But trust me, these guys are not even trying to hide it. The Orcs in the game are even worse, but they are far from the worst offenders.

This is the Queue. I’m legitimately fascinated by this game.

Some people are what's called eternal DMs -- they got into Dungeons and Dragons or other TTRPGs and started running games at some point, and it became almost all they ever do.

I just returned to Azeroth after a few months off and I'm trying to figure out which of my characters to focus on and get through into Zerethh Mortis, and I realized that Shadowlands is the first World of Warcraft expansion where I stopped playing for an extended period of time.

World of Warcraft has added quite a few accessibility options over the years, from improved color blind modes to click and mouseover casting -- but that doesn't mean I can't think of a few additional changes that would be very helpful.
