The Queue: 11
Well, here we are at the end of another month.
September has never been my favorite — and the 30th in particular marks the day I lost my sister, so it always has a melancholy vibe about it. After 11 years, it’s not so much a painful reminder as it is a solemn memory but still. The upside is that it also means I have October to look forward to in less than a day, and that’s great! Spooky season is decidedly “me,” after all.
You know what else there is to look forward to? A Queue! Starting riiiiiight….now!
WRUP: It’s the weekend and at least one of us is a busy, post-apocalyptic beaver who needs to build a city
WRUP: Blizzard Watch is playing a whole lot of Skatebird, which we all know sounds like skateboard
The Clue: J’aqueues
Look, I may be stretching the Queue puns to their limit here, but I’m pretty proud of that one (or I guess, those two). What will tomorrow’s title hold? Will Liz cap off the week with another pun?
I don’t have any of those answer. But I do have… A [Queue Variant].
WRUP: What’s Blizzard Watch up to this weekend? Dying twice — or more!
The Queue: It’s… it’s beautiful
First of all, happy Thursday and I hope everyone is having a great week so far! Second, thank to everyone who tagged or thought of me as soon as the above Tier lookalike was datamined. Y’all know me so well 💜
With that in mind, I think it’s a good time for us to have a Queue.
WRUP: Video games and a much-needed long weekend
The Queue: If every single spell I cast on you would take your breath away, I’d cast ’em all
Hello and happy Thursday, Queuemans! Even though I didn’t have the first Queue of the month, I’m grateful to see Anna make the obligatory yet timeless reference. The reference, of course, being to Green Day’s Wake Me Up When September Ends.
In any case, this is The Queue, and it’s time to do just that.
