We’ve plumbed its depths and defeated its infiltrators — but do we really know all the secrets still hidden in the Tomb of Sargeras?

Guys, this is another of those posts where I warn you that if you read -- or, in this case, listen -- any further, you're going to get spoiled for patch 7.3.

The Eredar were a race of highly skilled masters of magic, renowned for their skills throughout the Great Dark Beyond. They built an entire advanced, shining civilization and lived peaceful lives…until the leader of the Burning Legion came.

It's all over but the screaming: after getting the world first Mythic Fallen Avatar of Sargeras kill back on July 4th, Method has now completed their conquest of Tomb of Sargeras with the world's first kill of Mythic Kil'jaeden, bringing an end to the longest progression race World of Warcraft has seen since Al'Akir back in Cataclysm.

Last week, Method downed the Fallen Avatar in Mythic Tomb of Sargeras (warning, NSFW language in this kill video) to claim a World First kill, and now all eyes turn to Kil'jaeden, who has officially stayed up the longest of any Mythic end-boss since Al'Akir back in Cataclysm.

There are nine bosses lurking in the Tomb of Sargeras. We'll take a look at the first eight this month, and tackle the big spicy habanero himself, Kil'jaeden, next month when he is unlocked on Raid Finder.

We still don't know how the Kil'jaeden fight in Tomb of Sargeras will end, but thanks to Wowhead and the PTR, we do know how it will begin. And goodness, does it begin memorably. Warning: Spoilers!
