Now that we're a few months into Midnight and we've had a chance to hit the new level cap and gear up, many players are looking to take a bit of a break from the constant onslaught of powerful enemies and spend some downtime in less dangerous regions of Azeroth.

Jeff Kaplan, Game Director for Overwatch, has provided a year-end Developer Update.

A new build of the Overwatch PTR just came online, and despite some hefty patch notes the only change since the previous build appears to be the still-in-development Oasis map.

Overwatch's next two maps were announced at the Overwatch panel at BlizzCon yesterday: Ecopoint Antarctica and Oasis.
