Raiding

The first wing of Blackrock Foundry LFR, The Slagworks, opens up today. It consists of 3 bosses: Gruul, Oregorger, and The Blast Furnace. Our bosses in 5 seconds series focuses on the core points you need to know going into these fights. Keep in mind that you'll need a minimum item level of 635 to queue for Blackrock Foundry LFR.

Blackrock Foundry normal and heroic modes have been live since early this month, and mythic opened just this week — so now that many players have had a chance to jump in, let's talk about our raiding success (or lack thereof).

Officers' Quarters has returned! Thank you all for your overwhelming support of the new site. It has allowed me to bring this column back. Many of you have been asking about it on Twitter and Patreon, and I'm very happy to debut the new incarnation here on Blizzard Watch.

Like many of you, my raid group is currently progressing through Blackrock Foundry.

The guild has an open invite policy for non-raiding members and friends because the guild leader is afraid of being called an elitist. If you've been turned down for a raid slot but want to slither onto the mythic team when we get desperate for your class or spec, please apply for general membership. If you're a blithering idiot who never shuts up in guild chat and is an endless source of irritation and drama, we suggest being friends with a raider we can't afford to lose.
