Role Play: Choosing the right name for your character
One of the first things a roleplayer tends to think about when creating a new character is just what that character should be called.
Chorister puts a Warcraft spin on Hey There Delilah
Hey There Horde Lady is a new song parody machinima with lyrics written by TheMilkMaid and a stellar performance by Youtuber Chorister, a name you might not recognize right off the bat.
New Nixxiom machinima, Call of the Warrior
Most people know Nixxiom from his comedic machinima pieces, but every now and again he'll throw in a serious piece just to keep us all on our toes. And although he's got a wacky sense of humor, it's these serious pieces I really appreciate the most, because he's got a really deft, elegant hand for storytelling that absolutely shines in these moments.
Patch 6.1 adds new colorblind support UI
Colorblind support was added to World of Warcraft all the way back in Cataclysm, but it's getting a big revamp in the way of a facelift and new, better controls in patch 6.1. A new Accessibility section has been added to the Interface menu, and players can access three different accessibility options from the new menu -- the Movepad, UI Colorblind Mode, and Colorblind Filters.

Totem Talk: Enhancement and the last true hybrid
Despite my earlier flirtations with other classes and my continued love of several others, Shaman is still my preferred class and the one that I tend to think of as mine in World of Warcraft. I've taken breaks from it before, but I've always kept my eye on it just the same. And it took me a startlingly long time to realize that there was a good reason for it: Shaman is the last vestige of a class design that's kind of moved on from the game as a whole, especially when you're playing Enhancement. As specs become more and more rigid and settle characters more firmly into roles, Enhancement winds up still containing some of that flavor of the earliest days. It's a hybrid. It's always been a hybrid. And with a decade of the game gone, I would argue that it's the last true hybrid left in the game.
Argi raises more than 1.9 million for Red Cross
I still haven't quite figured out what the battle pet Argi is, exactly -- I think, were anyone to use the words "space goat," they would best apply to the little guy.
Breakfast Topic: What Warcraft items do you want in real life?
