Wow Hotfixes

Though the hotfixes for patch 6.2 have been dwindling, they haven't vanished entirely and we have a handful of hotfixes that have been released one or two at a time over the last few days.

A new batch of hotfixes for patch 6.1.2 have been released just in time for the weekend. Included are some Blackrock Foundry changes, including an adjustment to Blackhand that will require a realm restart -- Slag Bombs' explosion radius has been reduced from 10 to 6 yards in both Normal and Heroic difficulty.
