With the introduction of Allied Races to World of Warcraft, Blizzard has opened up the door to opportunities that are only limited by whichever roster of races exists in the game at any given time.

If you're like me, you made it out of BlizzCon 2017 happy that you still had a couple pennies left in your bank account.

Around BlizzCon time, it can be pretty easy to overlook or forget a piece of information here and there.

A good portion of the Overwatch voice actors were at Blizzard yesterday during my visit, which — shocker! — was pretty cool. Even Blizz folks nerd out about those guys, so I didn’t actually get a chance to walk up to them, but I did get a nice picture… and got to hear a hearty Reinhardt laugh. These folks are great.

That said, BlizzCon and my yearly vacation are now over, and winter is going to be here soon. In other words, it’s all downhill until next October. Yay.

One of the surprises that awaited me when I logged onto the World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth demo computers at BlizzCon was my demo Priest's item level.

Happy Halloween, everyone! I love this holiday — it is, for me, what Christmas is to many. I can’t quite explain it… it’s definitely at least partially because I was raised in a family that loves Halloween, but it’s also just something that I’m sure I’d have been drawn to anyhow. It’s not always the idealized version we get in movies and TV, but it’s still special.

I don’t know if y’all are familiar with the Department 56 stuff, but it’s somewhat of a tradition that we get my mom a new piece or two for her birthday every year (since it’s close to Halloween). If I could, I’d love to live in a place that was like the Halloween village all year round.

In any case, Happy Halloween, everyone! I’m please to be your spooOooOOOo00oky host today! Oh, and about that title…
