Spelljammer is returning to D&D 5th Edition this August, with a three-book slipcase collection that allows you to run a complete campaign set in the Astral Sea, or Wildspace as they seem to be calling it.

The recent D&D Direct Announcement Showcase showed us all the stuff coming down the pipeline for Dungeons and Dragons, the most exciting of which may be two new upcoming Dragonlance tie-ins.

Wizards of the Coast announced today that it has purchased digital toolset D&D Beyond, inspiring many people to DM me and ask "didn't they already own this?" And heck, it's not like they weren't aware that people thought this, because D&D Beyond's own announcement says the site is "formally joining Wizards of the Coast" rather than framing it as a surprise acquisition: Dungeons & Dragons and D&D Beyond have always felt like a part of the same family.

This weekend's Blizzard Watch D&D game is going to be a fun time as we dive into session four of our Into The Weirs game.
