Reddit poster Exil_ noted an unnannounced patch 6.2 change yesterday -- it appears that the female Human model has been updated. A quick look on the PTR reveals that female Human models have been retouched, and some of the textures for female Night Elves were also adjusted.

One of the constant discussions I've seen in my time covering World of Warcraft is that the game has a host of older content that is still fun and interesting and visually well designed, and all of that legacy content is sadly irrelevant as soon as the next expansion comes along. Well, one of the features of patch 6.2 that aims to change that is Timewalking. And Timewalking seems set to make us actually want to run older content again.

At first it looked like all I had to write about for the patch 6.2 warlock changes was that Demonology was nerfed pretty hard, but then I found some things like next tier's set bonuses and new demon models. So let's get to it. Mind you, the caveat about the PTR changing is always there, moreso now when we're at the beginning of the PTR.

"When my warlock brought all her proto-drakes with her through the Dark Portal, she didn't get Khadgar's memo about no flying mounts," writes submitter Worgzara of Azeroths Knights on Stormwind (US-A).

Professions now has a lengthy section of its own, detailing changes to upgrade items, crafting material changes, and for Jewelcrafters, some delightful news -- the addition of an Immaculate tier of epic-quality gems that provide +75 bonus to a given stat.

The Adventure Guide looks new, but it's quite familiar -- it's the old Dungeon Journal with a new splash page of content suggestions. The Adventure Guide, like everything else on the PTR, is a work in progress and could change at any point. The Patch 6.2 notes for the Adventure Guide mention that "more information will be added as development continues."

The patch 6.2 PTR has finally arrived and we have some hunter business to discuss. The biggest news is the removal of Aspect of the Fox. Why did this happen, and how does it affect the average hunter?

"I don't know what it is about the Alliance 'capital' of Stormshield, but it's grown on me," writes submitter Saik. "Maybe it's that it's on another planet. Maybe it's the dirty roads and its busy atmosphere."

Sometimes, you open up a set of patch notes and you see that there are a whole lot of changes that just beg for your attention. Other times, it's patch 6.2 and you don't play a Rogue or a Monk, you play a Shaman.
