Blizzard has released a huge amount of patch 6.2 hotfixes in the first day of the patch's release. It appears these hotfixes are two fold. First, they're a series of armor set bonus adjustments that were previously announced. Second, they represent the intentions of the designers to remove bottlenecks and other obstructions from the early stages of Tanaan Jungle and the shipyard. Expect more of this over the next few days... lots of hotfixes right after a patch releases is quite common.
