I remember what my Shaman and my Paladin looked like in their first few days of existence after The Burning Crusade, but I have to be content with memories; I can't show anyone.

A new Warlords of Draenor short story was released earlier this evening, and its a good one. Apocrypha was written by Matt Burns, whose other works include Bleeding Sun and The Jade Hunters from the Destination: Pandaria faction series. This tale however, involves the arakkoa, which automatically puts it near the top of the list for favorite short stories as far as I'm concerned.

Now, this is still fairly early in the patch cycle, so it's hard to make assumptions based on these notes. Big changes could pop up at any time. But as things stand right now, apparently Blizzard thinks warriors are pretty well off going into patch 6.2. And the thing is, I'd probably have to agree with them. Warriors work, for the most part.

One could argue that by the end of the events that play out in 6.0 and 6.1, the Iron Horde has been effectively shut down, backs against the wall, leaving them with no other apparent alternative than to turn to tactics they weren't originally going to use. But the one thing we haven't done is really look at the situation and ask ourselves -- why the Iron Horde to begin with?

Submitter Mortanix of Mature Content on Whisperwind (US-A) writes, "After watching the newest trailer for Jurassic World and seeing Chris Pratt's character riding with raptors at his side, I was so impressed with how cool the idea of hunting with a pack of raptors would be that I went to Gorgrond, tamed a beautiful emerald raptor, and got myself a pack of raptors ready to take on the jungles of Tanaan! The need for immediate sustenance, either during a long gaming session or right after we’ve been glued to a screen for a prolonged period, can often have us reaching for whatever’s most convenient (which, sadly, rarely ends up being what’s healthiest as well).
