There was much rejoicing in Cory-land last night as my guild and I finally put the nail in the coffin for the Failed Experiments. It took many many many more pulls than I thought it would, but we finally got the hang of it and proved why Neltharion was right to abandon these early prototype Dracthyr.

The problem now is that every Mythic boss after this point is harder than the last. Well except for Magmorax, he’s apparently a pretty big pushover — comparatively. Still though, as long as we get Rashok down consistently and I can snag my extra fancy polearm, I’ll consider this raid a success.

Just as long as I don’t have to go uphill while wearing ice skates…

While I invest in some new lava proof underwear, it’s time for — The Queue!

This week marks the start of September, which means autumn is right around the corner in the northern hemisphere.

There are few things more liable to ruin my day than an indication on an app or UI element that I have an unread alert that I can't seem to get rid of, and the little exclamation point on the Collections tab of the Season 5 Hearthstone Battlegrounds UI is no exception.

Questions questions questions, the master wants murder.

The master also wants questions, and Cory is always there to provide. But, you know, next Thursday maybe someone else would also ask some questions. That’d be pretty great. They don’t (necessarily) have to be about music, either! You can ask any question you’d like.

I may not have an answer to every question, but it’s always nice to be asked, you know?

The rules of engagement for World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore realms, which are now live, have some new, unique features compared to the dungeons we're used to.

With gamescom in full swing, we've seen a lot of demos, trailers, cinematics, and previews, running the gamut from the new AAA behemoth games like Starfield and Diablo 4, all the way through charming high-concept indies we'd never heard of before.

We've received a lot of information to sift through over the last few month about the World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore realms main features and rules of engagement, the various changes made to group content, PVP, and how they all fit together for a cohesive Hardcore experience.  If you're planning on jumping into the Hardcore fray, when realms launch August 24 at 3p.m.

You know when you say something innocuous and then you start laughing your head off, and you just can’t stop, and the laughing gets louder and more shrill with every passing second until you sound like Cesar Romero and Jack Nicholson having a laugh off? Cause that’s me. The best part is that I’m wearing an eye patch (my right eye blew up this week) so I really am starting to look like a supervillain.

Anyway you puny mortals seriously how do these guys talk like that it’s so embarrassing but yeah this is the Queue. I was going to name it Taking Phantom Liberties or something but I’m way too tired for wordplay right now.

Blizzard has released the official Hardcore ruleset detailing what players can expect from the Hardcore experience in World of Warcraft Classic when it goes live on August 24 at 3PM PDT.
