Legion

The Legion alpha is full of plenty of new quests, zones, class halls and more -- including a wide variety of new Battle Pets to fight, capture, purchase and discover.

So far I've run Val'Sharah and Highmountain and man, they really hammer home what I hated about some zones like Deepholm or Netherstorm -- the lack of variety.

The Rogue class hall was decidedly underwhelming when we looked at it back in December.

One of the responses that I saw from the last column was a question about what in the world Enhancement Shaman is going to look like post-Legion.

As I write this it’s been well above freezing for days, and nearly all the snow has melted. I’m not fooled — it’s winter in Canada, it’s going to come roaring back and dump frozen water all over us, that’s what it does. But it’s still bizarre to be in shirtsleeves weather in January. (Yes, slightly above freezing is shirtsleeves weather in Alberta.)

Throughout the Legion alpha test, rare spawns appeared in the Dalaran sewers.

While we knew that glyphs were going to be on the receiving end of some fairly substantial changes in Legion, we still had no idea what those changes were going to ultimately look like.

Dataming of the latest Legion alpha build has uncovered a nerf to all raid-wide healing cooldowns.
