The fourteenth official season of Hearthstone ranked play has arrived!

Shacknews has some neat insight on how Hearthstone cards are created and designed by developers Ben Brode and Mike Donais.

I wrote a post about the WoW Token, and the comments had some interesting ideas. One of them was that we could expand what the token does - you could extend the token or make a new token for things like character transfers, race changes, faction transfers and so on. Allowing people to use their in-game gold more flexibly and allowing people to select the kind of services they spent their real life money to trade in, especially after the initial burst of token activity is over and most people that are going to do it have bought game time.

Blackwing Lair, the fourth wing in Blackrock Mountain is up and available! Hope you're ready and equipped for dragons! In addition, the warlock and rogue class challenge cards are available here. This is also the first wing in which we get to take a crack at Lord Victor Nefarian himself.

Can't seem to find the time to grind out the ranked ladder?

This week, we'll be storming the gates of Blackwing Lair! I managed to do that already during classic and then followed up on that during Cataclysm. I did take the liberty of unlocking the normal wing and getting through the class challenges early since I have a feeling I'm going to need more time (along with your help) to solve heroics.

The GeForce NVidia Hearthstone tournament kicked off a few weeks ago which I ended up enrolling for, and it has both a professional and an amateur division. The pros consist of high profile players directly invited into the professional division. So how do you prepare for a tournament?

The third wing in Blackrock Mountain is now available! Blackrock Spire is where intrepid adventurers can go to and challenge ogres, dragons, and orcs! In addition, the priest and druid class challenge cards are available here.
