Patch 8.2.5

We knew it was coming soon, but Blizzard finally confirmed that patch 8.2.5 will be going live on September 24.

The long-awaited Bee mount and Goblin and Worgen model improvements aren't the only updates coming to patch 8.2.5.

So, while we still don't know when Patch 8.2.5 will drop, and we still don't know what the end of the War Campaign will actually entail, we do have a whole lot more of an idea of what's coming in patch 8.2.5 because Blizzard have posted the Content Update Notes for the patch.

We had some datamined content yesterday for patch 8.2.5, and the most surprising part was a conclusion to the War Campaign.

For those of us who are focused on Battle for Azeroth there's been a bit of a lull in terms of news about the game, with an understandable focus on WoW Classic.

It's September 10th as I write this, and we've heard very little about patch 8.2.5 as yet -- there's been little movement on the PTR about it, which means that we have no real idea when it will drop.

This one makes me sad.

When we talk about new expansions, one thing we expect now is a character boost.
