Where to find all World of Warcraft raid entrances during the Collector’s Bounty event

The Collector’s Bounty buff is currently active in World of Warcraft until July 29 at 8AM pacific time that boosts the drop rates of rare mounts and transmogs from all raids and dungeons in legacy WoW content, aka, everything before Dragonflight. Mount drop rates have been increased by up to 10 times, and in one specific (yet unknown) case, 25 times, and the transmog drop rates have been doubled.

While all of the raids have transmog rewards, only some of them reward mounts and other rare items, like the Warglaives of Azzinoth which are also affected by this buff. You still have to run the correct version of the activity to get the rare items but fortunately most of the legacy raid content can be done solo you still have to run the correct version of the raid to get the rare items. To access the LFR difficulty, you have to speak to certain NPCs in order to get in. For raids on any of the other difficulties (Normal, Heroic, Mythic), choose the version you want by right-clicking your character’s profile picture under “Raid Difficulty” and then entering the raid at its location on the map.

The raid section of the adventure guide has a “Show on Map” feature that will point you to where you need to go but we’ve also got you covered on where to find these raids if you haven’t run them in awhile, or if you’ve never run them before.

Original World of Warcraft

Blackwing Lair

• Location: Burning Steppes, Eastern Kingdoms
• Entrance: Enter Blackrock Mountain from the Burning Steppes and fly to a balcony with a doorway on the eastern wall, then interact with the Orb of Command to go to Blackwing Lair.

Molten Core

• Notable loot:
  • Bindings of the Windseeker — Garr
  • Bindings of the Windseeker — Baron Geddon
  • Eye of Sulfuras — Ragnaros
• Location: Burning Steppes, Eastern Kingdoms
• Entrance: Enter Blackrock Mountain from the Burning Steppes and fly to the stone island attached to one of the chains, then talk to Lothos Riftwaker to be transported to Molten Core — or jump through the window next to him if you’re feeling brave.

Ahn’Qiraj

• Notable loot:
  • Red Qiraji Resonating Crystal — various mobs in Temple of Ahn’Qiraj
• Location: Silithus, Kalimdor
• Entrance
  • Ruins: Take the straight path once you cross the Scarab Wall
  • Temple: Once you pass the Scarab Wall, take the path that goes right.

The Burning Crusade

Karazhan

• Notable loot:
  • Fiery Warhorse’s Reins — Attumen the Huntsman
• Location: Deadwind Pass, Eastern Kingdoms
• Entrance: In the southern part of the zone.

Gruul’s Lair

• Location: Blade’s Edge Mountains, Outland
• Entrance: Inside a cave in the northeastern part of the zone.

Magtheridon’s Lair

• Location: Hellfire Peninsula, Outland
• Entrance: At an opening in the bottom of the Hellfire Citadel building.

Serpentshrine Cavern

• Location: Zangarmarsh, Outland
• Entrance: Swim in to the giant tube at the bottom of Serpent Lake near Coilfang Reservoir. Serpentshrine is the large portal in the center — the other two are dungeons.

The Eye

• Notable loot:
  • Ashes of Al’ar — Kael’thas Sunstrider
• Location: Netherstorm, Outland
• Entrance: Inside Tempest Keep in the northeast section of the zone.

Battle for Mount Hyjal

• Location: Tanaris, Eastern Kingdoms
• Entrance: At the bottom of the Caverns of Time, accessible from your faction’s main capital portal room.

Black Temple

• Notable loot:
  • Warglaives of Azzinoth (main hand and off hand) — Illidan Stormrage
• Location: Shadowmoon Valley, Outland
• Entrance: Look for a break in the right-hand, outermost wall of the temple.

Sunwell Plateau

• Notable loot:
  • Thori’dal, the Stars’ Fury — Kil’jaeden
• Location: Isle of Quel’Danas instance
• Entrance: Take the portal next to Exarch Nasuun in the Terrace of Light, Shattrath directly across the room from the Orgrimmar and Stormwind Portals, then head to the entrance in the western section of the zone.

Vault of Archavon

• Notable loot:

• Entrance: Northern most section of the zone in Wintergrasp Fortress.

Naxxramas

• Location: Dragonblight, Northrend
• Entrance: Floating east of Wintergarde Keep.

• Location: Dragonblight, Northrend
• Entrance: The portal with two black dragon Wardens of the Chamber at the bottom of Wyrmrest Temple.

The Eye of Eternity

• Entrance: Inside The Nexus in Coldarra, the northern section of the zone.

Ulduar

• Entrance: Ulduar is its own section that makes up the northern part of the zone.

Trial of the Crusader

• Location: Argent Tournament Grounds, Icecrown, Northrend
• Entrance: Eastern side of the Argent Tournament Grounds

Onyxia’s Lair

Icecrown Citadel

Terrace of Endless Spring

• Location: The Veiled Stair, Pandaria
• Entrance: You can enter this raid by crossing the Gate of Endless Spring in the Veiled Stair located between the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, the Jade Forest, and the Valley of the Four Winds.

Throne of Thunder

• Notable loot:
  • Spawn of Horridon — Horridon
  • Clutch of Ji-Kun — Ji-Kun
• Location: Isle of Thunder instance, Pandaria
• Entrance: Take your faction portal at the Shado-Pan Garrison in the Townlong Steppes to gain access to the instance and the entrance to the raid is further north on the isle.

Siege of Orgrimmar

• Notable loot:
  • Kor’kron Juggernaut — Garrosh Hellscream (Heroic)
• Location: Vale of Eternal Blossoms, Pandaria
• Entrance: Beneath the steps leading up to the front of Mogu’shan Palace.

Warlords of Draenor

High Maul

• Location: Nagrand, Draenor
• Entrance: The portal to High Maul is in the western section of Nagrand just above the Ancestral Grounds area.

Blackrock Foundry

• Notable loot:
  • Ironhoof Destroyer — Blackhand (Mythic)
• Location: Gorgrond, Draenor
• Entrance: The entrance to Blackrock Foundry is in the middle section of the building, once you cross a drawbridge underneath the cannons.

Hellfire Citadel

• Notable loot:

• Location: Tanaan Jungle, Draenor
• Entrance: Enter the portal on the eastern side of Hellfire Citadel.

Legion

The Emerald Nightmare

• Location: Valsharah, Broken Isles
• Entrance: At the bottom of the Shaladrassil tree near Shalanir.

Trial of Valor

• Location: Stormheim, Broken Isles
• Entrance: The right-side portal in the Halls of Valor.

The Nighthold

• Entrance: The easiest way to get to Antorus is to take the Lightforged Beacon at Krasus’ Landing in Dalaran. From there, interact with the Navigation Console on the Vindicaar and choose the beacon at Light’s Purchase in the Antoran Wastes.

Uldir

• Location: Nazmir, Zandalar
• Entrance: Underneath the eastern side of the temple in the Heart of Darkness area.

  • In the Vale, the entrance floats near Whitepetal Lake.

Shadowlands

Castle Nathria

• Location: Revendreth, Shadowlands
• Entrance: The entrance to Castle Nathria is in the middle of Revendreth, to the east of Sinfall, and on the leftmost side of the castle itself in the Court of Harvesters courtyard.

Sanctum of Domination

• Notable loot:

  • Vengeance’s Reins — Sylvanus Windrunner
• Location: The Maw, Shadowlands
• Entrance: This raid entrance is in Helgarde Keep due east of Venari’s Refuge and north from the Beastwarrens. You can walk/run there from Korthia or take a Chaotic Riftstone from Perdition Hold.

Sepulcher of the First Ones

• Notable loot:
  • Fractal Cypher of the Zereth Overseer — The Jailer (Mythic)
• Location: Shadowlands, Zereth Mortis
