The Queue: Yoink!
Oh to be a small fox stealing a sausage off of a plate in a tavern. That truly is the dream.
While I wistfully imagine a simpler life, it’s time for — The Queue!
The Queue: Plague
We’re in the midst of the long weekend and instead of being out and about enjoying it I have the plague. So, I’m going to write a very strongly worded letter to whoever’s fault this is and go back to my blanket cocoon in a moment.
While I drink more medicated tea, it’s time for — The Queue!
The Queue: Progress!
We did it! After a couple of long nights getting blasted to teensy pieces in hellish fires, we’ve finally started our journey into Mythic Aberrus.
The kill didn’t even really seem that bad and even without the nerfs — I think it would’ve been the one that got her. We finally had all of our members working in sync and calling out things properly to ensure the fires didn’t overlap. It was beautiful.
After dousing Kezzara we moved on to the Zaqali assault, and let them blast us into teensy pieces for a while. We got into the final door phase a few times, but the damage there was more significant than we were expecting, and each time we were left strewn about the area in smoldering piles.
While I see about putting myself back together, it’s time for — The Queue!
The Queue: Bear down for mid-game
It’s the Diablo 4 mid-game for my bear in the truest sense of the word. He’s gotten to level 50 now, just 50 more to go! I also did it before starting the third act so I’m not quite at the mid-game point on that front. But I’m doing better! I actually did some main story quest today and progressed a little further!
While I try and stay on track and not get distracted by Strongholds and side-quests, it’s time for — The Queue!
The Queue: Hey, I can see infinity from here
I think I figured out why Neltharion wound up getting corrupted by Old Gods. He had this giant window looking out into the infinite void and did not have proper safety railings put up around it. Just think that all of Azeroth’s history could have been different if only he’d had OSHA come by and do an inspection. It makes you think.
In other news, I’m now Ahead of the Curve! Once we got our positioning sorted out heading into the final phase everything just kind of clicked and we got Sarkareth down pretty quickly. Mythic Kezzara on the other hand has remained super mean and a big doo-doo head elusive for another week.
While I go invest in an Onyxian Scale Cloak to stop all of that Shadowflame damage, it’s time for — The Queue!
The Queue: I should’ve played Diablo tonight
Sometimes you get the dragon and sometimes the dragon gets you. After spending all night working on Mythic Kezzara she proved too strong for us and feasted on our — apparently delicious — cries.
This is one of those times that what initially seems like a tiny change going from Heroic to Mythic wound up being a lot stronger than we anticipated. On Mythic if you cross the streams at all the raid takes big damage. So all of a sudden positioning and communication are way more important. There was a level of personal responsibility there to not just instantly kite your laser beam into the nearest puddle and instead make sure that you were going to the best puddle for yourself, which our raiders just weren’t prepared for.
Next time I’m sure!
While I get a quick dungeon in on Diablo to be killed by a different kind of hellfire, it’s time for — The Queue!
The Queue: Time for a quick nap
I’ll just have a quick nap after my raid before writing the Queue — I thought to myself. What’s the worst that could happen?
Well, it’s now very late and I’m still not done.
So while I try and figure out what year it is, it’s time for — The Queue.
The Queue: Problem solvers
Woah, maybe this is how we finally get rid of the giant sword sticking out of Silithus! Although the longdogs have pretty skinny legs and no opposable thumbs — maybe we’ll need a few more!
While I see if I can track down another bunch of not-so-deepstriders, it’s time for — The Queue!
The Queue: Updog
He’s so long! I love it!
In case you missed it; on Friday the Warcraft Twitter team promised to make a regular old deepstrider from the Zaralek Caverns longer for every 100 likes that the image got. This glorious picture is the result of that, but there’s an image one step further that’s even longer! Honestly they could’ve kept going for a while and I would be perfectly happy to continue to see where this longdog found itself.
While I petition Blizzard for a nice hi-rez model of the extra-long longdog, it’s time for — The Queue!
