I seem to keep mixing things up for you, Queue, because here I am again, on Friday, when I was not supposed to be here today.

Diablo 4's first Season has arrived, and with it comes a new Season Journey.

Diablo 4 Season 1 has begun, and with it comes the game's first Battle Pass system, with a free version that will help you unlock Season Blessings to give you unique buffs throughout the season and a paid version that offers two cosmetic armor sets, a variety of cosmetic weapons, new emotes, and platinum (which can be used to purchase more cosmetics).

Diablo 4 will be have a seasonal content rotation similar to Diablo 3's, and the game's first Season I now live, so you can jump right into Season of the Malignant!

What day is it? What time is it? The week is only beginning and I’m already at a loss.

So we may as well go ahead and Queue.

I’m not sure whether Matt or I were the most cynical team members reacting to this week’s Overwatch anime, but you should probably ask him next week to see for yourself. For better or worse, to know what I’m talking about you’ll have to read to the end, because I will attempt to answer a few less fraught questions first.

I usually write these way too late at night, because I know if I leave it to the morning I won’t get it done on time. But that means I regularly write the Queue at 3am, when I would rather be sleeping. And, yeah, I would rather be sleeping right now, but I’m here and you’re here (in spirit?), so let’s Queue.
