Update 6/15/17: Turns out this was a bug, not a feature -- Ilyssia wasn't ready for her closeup yet, and she will be removed from the game with the most recent hotfix.

Can a console controller be art?

Even though the Tomb of Sargeras and accompanying Tier 20 pieces don't release until next week, the first round of changes to the upcoming set bonuses went live with yesterday's patch (but didn't make it into the patch notes).

We found out yesterday (to some player consternation) that in 7.2.5 players would be able to research new levels of Artifact Knowledge in "approximately four hours." But today's hotfixes pin research down to a particular time: 3 hours and 36 minutes.
