We now know that patch 8.2 is next week.

We have a rumor that there's an Overwatch 2 in the works at Blizzard, although it sounds less like as direct sequel and more like a different kind of game entirely -- according to the rumors, people inside Blizzard have compared it to Left 4 Dead. Based on what I know bout L4D, that makes me wonder if Overwatch 2 is going to be a prequel, since in the Overwatch setting a good alternative to zombie hordes would be, well, robot hordes.

Blizzard, as we all know, is not averse to doing game remakes or remasters.

Those wily folks over at Wowhead have, as if their wont, datamined a big treasure trove of in-game rendered cinematics from the upcoming Patch 8.2 storyline, including one for the Heart of Azeroth, the War Campaign, and specific story beats on Nazjatar itself.

Every time I play Heroes of the Storm, I immediately regret how terrible I am at it.

In 2017, Blizzard did a really big Gamescom reveal, with Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm, and World of Warcraft all seeing fairly large announcements, as well as Overwatch dropping the Mei short video for folks.
