Battle For Azeroth

World of Warcraft's patch 8.3 is the ending of Battle for Azeroth, and with today's Ny'alotha raid we finally see the conclusion to the story of the expansion.

That moment when everything comes together in World of Warcraft can be amazingly satisfying for us lore nerds.

If you're wondering when we'll get patch 8.3.5 in World of Warcraft, the answer is that as of right now, there isn't one planned.

Right, I know, #NoChanges and everything, but what about #OneChange?

First up, in this Know Your Lore I'll say that I generally think that Shadowlands looks amazing.

When you write about Blizzard, it's hard to resist the siren song of "next expansion leaks" that start popping up every year a few months before BlizzCon -- especially on those extremely rare times when you read a leak and it sounds legit to you.

It's very likely that we'll see a WoW expansion announcement at this year's BlizzCon.

Sometimes, when I write one of these editorial essays, I look at the headline and I think about the questions my brain poses in response to it.

Wrathion has been more or less absent from World of Warcraft since the end of Mists of Pandaria.
