Patch 10.1.5

The upcoming event Secrets of Azeroth event starting August 31 has so many tones of globe hopping and clues for players to decipher as we unravel the mystery of who is committing a series of thefts, it feels like they missed a step by not calling it "Where in the World of Warcraft is Carmen Sandiego." All they really need to add is a kicking a capella theme song.

World of Warcraft's latest patch, 10.1.5, followed a tradition now dating back to Legion by introducing a "mega-dungeon" to the game.

While patches 10.1 and 10.2 are considered the "larger" content releases according to Dragonflight's 2023 roadmap, patch 10.1.5 is still bringing a decent amount of content -- a continuation of the Dragonflight story focusing on the Bronze Dragonflight, the Dawn of the Infinite mega-dungeon, the new Augmentation specialization for Evoker, the PVE Time Rift event, and smaller activities like Whelp Daycare and Eon's Fringe daily quests.

Dragonflight patch 10.1.5 Fractures in Time will put the Bronze Dragonflight front and center as the focal point of the Dragonflight story and as our main allies for this patch cycle, which means a new quest hub, Eon's Fringe, featuring the narrative of the Bronze.

While the new Whelp Daycare coming to World of Warcraft in patch 10.1.5 sounds both fun and adorable, I'm not sure that the mortal races can be trusted with the responsibility of raising baby Dragons safely and reliably.

Blizzard is continuing its ambitious plan of content releases with patch 10.1.5, which is due out on July 11 Even though this is an x.5 patch, it's a hefty one, featuring a new mega-dungeon, the new Augmentation Evoker specialization, a dragon daycare, the Kalimdor Grand Prix, and a whole lot more.
