The Diablo franchise celebrated its 30th anniversary with rolling out a new canon class -- the Warlock -- for Diablo 2: Resurrected (released in February 2026), Diablo 4 (released in April 2026), and Diablo Immortal (released in June 2026).

Diablo 4's next expansion is Lord of Hatred, where we'll finally continue our (rather expected) fight against Mephisto, and the battle begins soon: Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred's release date is April 27 in North and South America, and April 28 in the rest of the world.

The Warlock joins the Diablo 4 campfire with the Lord of Hatred expansion global launch on April 28, 2026, and we at Blizzard Watch had an opportunity to test-drive the new class!
