Praise Elune, Blizzard is finally thinking about improving holiday mount drops
I have long since given up on trying to get holiday mounts -- no Hallow's End, no Love Is In The Air, none of it.
The Queue: Waiting for Download
It is apparently the season of enormous patches that take a year to download and install. The giant Cyberpunk 2077 patch just dropped, as did a surprise Baldur’s Gate 3 patch that finally lets us play Barbarians. They are 50 and 90 gigs, respectively. I had to delete several video games I’m not currently playing just to make room for them. So yeah, that’s pretty much what I did last night. What are you all up to?
How could account-wide reputation work in WoW?
Reputation is a major mechanic in World of Warcraft, representing how various factions in the game feel about your character and their actions.
What makes you look forward to a game or expansion?
I'm sad to say that, after playing it a lot, I'm fairly "meh" about Assassin's Creed Valhalla's upcoming DLC, Dawn of Ragnarok.

Join us on Saturday, February 12, for the first episode of our Into The Weirs D&D campaign
As a DM, one of the most terrifying and exhilarating things to do is to start a new Dungeons and Dragons campaign, which is exactly what we're doing this Saturday with Into The Weirs, with both myself and Joe Perez sharing DM duties and co-playing a unique character.
How should games test upcoming content?
Some games, like Diablo 2: Resurrected, Diablo 3, and World of Warcraft have PTRs where they can test their changes out, put new content up for players to interact with said content, and otherwise perform the Public Test that PTR -- Public Test Realm -- stands for.
