Y’know, my gut instinct when I first saw this month’s Splatfest was to go with Team Villain. Makes sense, right? I’m evil, etc. etc. — but then I looked at the actual list of characters on each side. Link, not surprisingly, was on the heroes side, however.

Link is my main.

So, I went with Team Heroes, and it… well, we didn’t win. And now I’m thinking that I should’ve just counted Dark Link — who is not an Echo Fighter like Dark Pit is — as Team Villain and called it a day with that decision.

Oh well. I suppose we should Queue.

Just a few days after patch 8.1 hit World of Warcraft, the intrepid secret-hunters had already solved the big(gest) riddle the patch had to offer -- that of the Hivemind mount.

Anyone who's a regular reader of my Queues will know I have a monthly tradition of reporting on the Splatfests that occur in Splatoon 2.

Happy patch day, everyone! I’m writing this from the past, so I have no idea if the patch’s launch has gone smoothly or horribly awry. Maybe it’s somewhere in between. Regardless, I hope patch day finds you well and that you’re not one of the classes whose changes are painful to endure.

World of Warcraft is an enormous game.

Tuesday marks the first major patch for Battle for Azeroth, and while it's obviously not as major as one of WoW's pre-expansion patches, it's still big enough that players may have some pre-patch goals to hit.

Yesterday, Blizzard outlined changes they have planned for Island Expeditions in the upcoming patch 8.1 for World of Warcraft.

Between pre-rendered cutscenes, the Warcraft movie, and fan-made imaginings like this one of Suramar, we've seen a lot of World of Warcraft locations in a level of detail where we may as well be looking at footage of real-life locations.
